We will accept PURCHASE ORDERS from: Municipalities, Schools, Hospitals or Government Agencies. All open accounts must be paid off by the end of the season - April 30th.

RETURNS
NO RETURNS will be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). A 20% Restocking Charge will be levied on all returns unless shipped in error by CPW. No returns after 30 days. No returns on any electrical items or oil. No returns accepted after April 1st. Return Merchandise Authorization's will not be accpeted outside of 15 days from the date of issue.
"OEM" vs. "AFTERMARKET"
Central Parts Warehouse is an Authorized Distributor for many of the products listed in our catalog. We have marked all OEM parts by putting "OEM" in the CPW P/N column. It is not implied that any other parts in this catalog are a product of the respective manufacturer. We do however, guarantee our parts to meet or exceed OEM quality.

We reserve title to all merchandise until paid in full. All collection agency and legal fees are the responsibility of the customer. Customer shall rely solely upon the manufacturer's warranty, if any. Central Parts Warehouse makes no warranty of any kind, expressed or implied and disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. 1-1/2% per month (18% annum) will be charged on unpaid invoices. $25.00 charge on uncollected checks.
