I was wondering if this comes with the bracket for my truck and all of the wiring for the plow as a complete set up?

Yes - that number includes everything but the two quarts of oil to fill up the pump. So - all truck side brackets and electrical as well as the Controller. It is a complete plow side as well. All you need to do is drill some hole and Bolt It on! If you have any more /'s - please don't hesitate
