The Western Uni Mount snowplow uses a 9 pin Harness to control all the plow light functions and the power pack controls.  Unfortunately it has proved to be very suseptible to corrosion.  The trick to long life of the pins is dielectricl grease.  Central Parts Warehouse recommends lightly both side of the 9 pin harnesses 4 times a winter.  It is NOT neccasssary to Pack the plugs with grease, just a light coating.
