This 12" Carbon Steel Side Extension kit simply bolts onto your Buyer Spreader adding aproximately another 1/2 cu yd capacity of salt.

This Part Number only fits Buyers 8' V Box Spreaders that meaure 50.75" in width.  If you have a Buyers spreader that measures 47" in width, you need to order P/N:  1493505.
