18" Poly Urethane spinner disc predrilled for Industry Standard 4 bolt hub.

Disc measures a full 18" in diameter and is 3/4" thick.  There are 6 curved 2" high x 6" long fins evenly spaced.

Direction of fins angle left when looking at the top of the disc is for a Counter Clockwise direction.
